All sales are final. Gexdeal does not refunds payments.

Due to the non-tangible, digital nature of the Services and the immediacy of their delivery, we do not issue refunds or accept returns once the transaction is completed. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and non-refundable, irrespective of the situation or circumstances. In the event we want to refund you for some reason or agreement we will credit your account with balance you can apply toward future payments to Gexdeal, LLC.

Chargebacks

In the event of a chargeback by a credit card company (or similar action by another payment provider allowed by us) in connection with your purchase of the Services, you agree that we may sell the debt to a collections agency and/or seek collection of the owed amount, including any associated costs, disbursements, and/or attorney’s fees, to the extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gexdeal, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers, and any third party information providers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of this Policy, up to One hundred billion United States Dollars (USD) $ 100,000,000,000.
